100% pure Spanish saffron from the Castilian plateau carefully hand-picked and selected. Ideal for paellas and risottos. High levels of crocine (>220), picocrocine (>80) and safranal (>30) and low levels of humidity (<7%).
Visual analysis: red saffron threads with some short yellow parts.
