Gourmet Salt Himalaya: Pink Fine, Pink Flakes and Kala Namak

Pink Fine: An all natural salt, created some 250 million years ago, it contains valuable nutrients and has a purifying effect. Ideal for seasoning meat, fish and vegetables.

Pink Flakes: Pink Himalayan salt crystalised into flakes. Slightly salty and with a crunchy consistency. Delicious with meats, fish, salads and vegetables.

Kala Namak: With a faintly sulphurous and smokey flavour, this natural salt is extensively used on Indian and Vegan food, including chutneys, yogurts, pickles, salads and all kinds of fruits.
