Black Pepper kampot: With an intense peppery taste that builds slowly, it reveals outstanding aromas of flower, eucalyptus and mint. Sublime sprinkled on salads, pasta and meat recipes. Kampot Pepper is grown naturally following the essential principles of organic agriculture in soil building and conservation, pest management, and heritage-species preservation. Regarded as the King of Peppers due to its complex flavours and pungent aroma, it was considered an essential spice in top chefs and ffod connoisseurs in France during the mid 20th century. Pepper is best purchased as whole peppercorns, as freshly ground pepper is vastly superior to the ready ground powder. Whole peppercorns retain their flavour indefinitely but quickly lose their aroma and heat after grinding.

El precio parece dentro del que se mueve en el mercado. Hay otros más elevados y de vez en cuando hay mejores ofertas de otras marcas. En cualquier caso muy satisfecho con el producto. Realmente le da un toque espectacular a cualquier plato. La pimienta es además muy sana. Si tomas medicamentos consulta antes con tu médico ya que cualquier pimienta puede modificar cómo tu cuerpo absorbe sustancias. Las embarazadas mejor abstenerse de cualquier pimienta.

QUALITA' PER INTENDITORI

Il pepe in grani arriva in barattolo di vetro con etichetta elegante (valido per un regalo insomma). La qualità è subito manifestata dal profumo che il pepe sprigiona all'apertura del barattolo, mantenuto al palato ma senza stravolgere il gusto dei piatti, anche quando aggiunto in abbondanza.
