Saffron Superior - Tin

Category I Superior 100% pure saffron with a unique and seductive flavor, aroma and colour sublimes a wide range of dishes.

High levels of crocine (>220), picocrocine (>80) and safranal (>30) and low levels of humidity (<7%).      

Visual analysis: red saffron threads with some short yellow parts.
