How long will it take from when I request a return until I get a refund or exchange of the product?
Upon receipt of the return request, we will request that the carrier contact you the next business day. Transportation costs are borne by DAMUNE SL; You do not have to pay any amount to the carrier.
We use the standard transport service, so depending on where the product has to be collected it will take more or less days.
Once the return is received, during the next business day we will make the pertinent checks and we will contact you via email to manage the refund or the shipment of a new product.
What are the conditions and how is the process going to be able to proceed with a refund or return?
Once the returned DAMUNE product has been received, whatever its condition, we will proceed to refund or exchange the product for a new one. The only condition is that it is within the warranty period (14 days). The refund will take place within 24 hours of receipt of the return.
How will I receive the refund?
We will refund the money through the same channel that we received it. If you paid with a credit card, you will be reimbursed to that same card (you will see an increase in the balance). If you used your Paypal account, it will be returned to you in that same account.
To what physical address do I have to send the changes or returns?
You don't have to worry about shipping the product anywhere. The carrier will pick it up and bring it to us directly. He already knows where to deposit it. You just have to send us an email to damunees@damune.com and we will take care of all the arrangements.
